Winter in Aspen
Aspen has four mountains of incredible skiing & snowboarding, offering endless terrain for all abilities.  Whether you’re a beginner or expert, once you experience Aspen, you will be back for more. The Innsbruck offers the perfect location, quality, and comfort for you to experience all that Aspen has to offer. 
 
Aspen Mountain: Jetting out of downtown Aspen, Ajax Mountain is known for steep terrain with great mogul runs and gladded areas.
 
Aspen Highlands: Highlands is famous for the Highland Bowl at the 12,392 feet summit. One must endure a beautiful hike to reach the top. The rest of the mountain offers steep long runs as well as great groomers.
 
Buttermilk: Home of the ESPN X-Games Buttermilk is a great beginner mountain and also a favorite for skiers and riders that enjoy terrain parks and half pipes.
 
Snowmass: The largest of the four mountains featuring 3,132 acres, Snowmass has everything from beginner runs to expert-only terrain. Great for everyone!
 
Looking for a great off-mountain activity? Aspen has many pursuits other than those on the mountain, from shopping and cultural events, to snowmobiling and sleigh rides. There is always something to do!
 
Winter Fly Fishing: The Roaring Fork River runs through the valley providing great fly fishing throughout the year. Local outfitting services are available to get you going with gear, the inside scoop and guided tours of the fishing hotspots.
